Live Project Logs
Every estate under our supervision is documented daily. The site superintendent uploads field notes, substrate photographs, drone survey footage, and weather-hold decisions to a project ledger that the homeowner, architect, and insurer can review in real time.
Logs capture the work that traditional contractors leave undocumented: deck condition prior to underlayment, fastener schedules, flashing geometry at every transition, copper detailing in progress, and infrared scans confirming a dry, continuous envelope before close-out.
The public registry below highlights select active projects. Clients receive a private credentialed view of their own estate's complete record, retained for the life of the warranty.
The public registry is currently mid-season and accepting project intake for Q3. To request access to a specific project record or to add your estate to the registry, contact the principal office directly.
