Engagements at Kinetic Roof Design Co. begin with a direct conversation between the homeowner, the architect of record, and our principal envelope engineer. We do not operate a call center; every inquiry routes to the lead responsible for the project.

Following the initial conversation, we schedule an on-site assessment to document existing structural conditions, load-bearing capacity, and architectural intent. Drone-assisted inspection, infrared moisture mapping, and substrate sampling are performed where warranted. A written technical brief — including material recommendations, climate-resilience modeling, and a phased build sequence — is delivered within ten business days.

Because each estate program is bespoke, consultations are strictly by appointment. We accept a limited number of new engagements per quarter to preserve the level of craftsmanship and oversight our clients expect.
